Tom Tallitsch has 20+ years of individual and classroom teaching experience, and is a graduate of the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati (CCM) in Jazz Studies. His highly recommended music tutoring business is based in Princeton, NJ, and instructs motivated students in Piano, Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Guitar, Jazz Improvisation, Ensemble Playing, and Composition.His instruction is gentle and inspiring, and is customized to each student’s individual needs. In addition to the fundamentals of music, technique, reading, and interpretation, students explore varied musical styles including, classical, jazz, improvisation, pop, rock, theory, and composition.
Tom is a the Pre-K through 6th grade classroom instrumental music teacher at at Princeton Junior School (IB World School – PYP). He is director of ensembles and piano accompanist for the choir and spring musical.
He is the piano teacher to children and adult students with Autism Spectrum Disorder at The Princeton Child Development Institute (PCDI). He also teaches jazz classes at the Westminster Conservatory Honors Music Program.
